[Kamihoshikawa Flower Road where conversations can be played] In the past three years, the goal is to create a community with a lot of conversational water that goes west from Kamiseigawa Station on the Sotetsu Line to a flower road full of flowers and create a community with many conversations. Kamihoshikawa shopping street and local residents work together to place hanging baskets and containers on the road, aiming for an area where you can hear the conversation "It's beautiful, what flowers?" In the first year of this project, individual voices were raised, so in the first year it was a dotted greening maintenance point, but using flyers, circulars, newsletter issuance, bulletin boards were used to acquire new members, We will connect the points to "lines" and take root in the creation of the entire space. We will hold workshops and study sessions inviting teachers to improve the level of individual knowledge, and engage in activities that can be continued as a local green up organization so that the level does not fall down even after the auxiliary period ends.
