●Maintain a living environment where people can live forever
　It has a site area of approximately 1.9 ha, 22 middle-rise buildings with 4 and 5 stories, and 391 units sold in housing complex apartment. On the southernmost hill in the suburbs of Yokohama, the surrounding area is the planned and developed detached residential area housing complex. In cooperation with Residential Association and Neighborhood Association, disaster prevention and fellowship activities are carried out enthusiastically, and there are not many vacant dwelling units.
　We will maintain a valuable living environment that can continue to live forever in many generations with the hands of residents, and further revitalize the local community that interacts and cooperates with each other.
●Further enhance the attractiveness of the green living environment
　For about 50 years, a lush green living environment where Takagi Nakaki grows has grown. It further enhances its appeal and encourages the safe living of the population, which is aging year by year, and that generations gradually progress. From the beginning, the number of living households living alone and married couples is increasing, but new residents are diverse, such as family households, elderly couple households living close to children, and single-person households.
●We will strive for harmony in nature
