Three regional Neighborhood Associationss (Ishikawacho 1-chome Neighborhood Associations, Ishikawacho 2-chome Neighborhood Associations, Ishikawacho 3-chome western Neighborhood Associations) and four shopping streets (Ishikawa Ichishoeikai, Ishikawa Shopping Street Cooperative, Hiragana Shopping Street and Ishikawacho Hiragana Shopping Street West Avenue) cooperate with each other. In addition, the barrier-free construction of the south exit of JR NEGISHI LINE Ishikawa-sho Sta. will be carried out in this fiscal year, and the renewal work will be completed in two years. Therefore, the primary focus was on greening the riverbank road, which is the main road for tourism, the middle road of the main road for daily life, and the station, which is the center of it. Since the road on the Nakamura Riverbank is also a road that leads to major tourist attractions in Yokohama, we believe that it is important as a place to promote the existence of greenery in the area, and we will green the space along the road riverbank. From here on, in the second and third years, we are planning to expand the scope of maintenance and spread the significance of greening from public spaces to private areas.
