In Kannai-District, the symbolic center of Yokohama, we will network the greening of the distinctive buildings of the district, such as street greening, conspicuous coin parking, fire protection zone construction, etc. Kaigan Dori, an important migratory line connecting Basyamichi Street to Yamashita Park, has an undeveloped planting zone. The street will be maintained and managed by the residents as a flower and green street in cooperation with the public and private sectors. There are about 50 coin parking lots in Kannai-District, which is an issue for the formation of the streets. These will contribute to the formation of a rich landscape through greening. Network the green axis from Yamashita Park to Nihon Odori Avenue to form a green axis in the direction of the new city hall. A characteristic greening suitable for the symbolic street of Yokohama, which has many tourists.
