In Kannai-District, the symbolic center of Yokohama, with the goal of creating a rich cityscape suitable for welcoming many tourists and visitors, we will connect the greening of streets, conspicuous coin parking, and fire protection zone construction, etc. Kaigan Dori, which is an important route connecting Basyamichi Street to Yamashita Park, has an undeveloped vegetation zone. In Kannai-District, there are about 50 coin parking lots, which are an issue in the formation of the streets. These will help to create a rich landscape through greening. It will be networked on the green axis of Yamashita Park and Nihon Odori Avenue to form a green axis in the direction of the new city hall. A characteristic greening is appropriate for the symbolic street of Yokohama, where there are many tourists.
