Within 14 days of starting living in the new Address

• You will not be able to submit a report before moving.
• If the 14th day falls on the closing date of the ward office, the next opening date will be the last day of the notification period.

You can submit a transfer to Address in resident certificate without submitting a residence card or special permanent resident certificate, but you will need to visit the Agency at a later date to submit your residence card or special permanent resident certificate.
