If you move to another ward in the city, you can submit a transference notice and move-in notification at the same time at the ward office of the new ward. You do not need to submit a transfer notification in the ward before moving.

• Person who moved from another ward (person whose ward is changed)

• Head of household or person and member of same household
• proxy/agent (a person who has a power of attorney from the person or a person in the same household)

Even though Address is the same, those who have different households need a power of attorney.

Within 14 days of starting living in the new Address

• Notifications cannot be made before moving.
• If the 14th day falls on the closing date of the ward office, the next open day will be the last day of notification period.
