Notification of transfer (moving from other wards in the city)

If you move to another ward in the city, you can submit a transfer notification / transfer notification at the ward office of the new ward at the same time. You do not need to submit a transfer notice in the ward before moving.

Even if Address is the same, those who have separate households need a power of attorney.

Within 14 days of starting living in the new Address

• You will not be able to submit a report before moving.
• If the 14th day falls on the closing date of the ward office, the next opening date will be the last day of the notification period.

At the time of notification, it is necessary to enter the "4-digit PIN" set on the My Number Card or Basic Resident Register Card.

You can apply for a transfer to Address in resident certificate without submitting a residence card or special permanent resident certificate, but you will need to visit the Agency again to submit your residence card or special permanent resident certificate.
