Overview
This is a procedure when there is a change in the composition of the household, such as a change in the head of the household, separation or merger of households. You can accept it at the ward office Family Registry Division Registration Section. (Procedures cannot be processed at the City Hall / Administrative Service Corner.)
Targets
Those who have changed the composition of the household, such as a change in the head of household, separation / merger of households, etc.
Person who reports (applications) and can do
- The person himself
- Head of household or same household
- proxy/agent (A power of attorney is required. However, this is not required if the person and a same household member submit a notification. )
Reception desk
Family Registry Division Registration Section, the ward office of your ward (you cannot apply at the city hall, administrative service corner, or other ward offices)
Each ward office Family Registry Division
Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
About ward office window opening agency of the second, fourth Saturday from 9:00 am to noon about the second, fourth Saturday
※Closed on Sunday, national holidays, and New Year's holidays.
Application period (submission time)
Within 14 days from the date of the change
If the 14th day falls on the closing date of the ward office, the next opening date will be the last day of the notification period.
What I need
- Identification documents of the person who came to the counter About identity verification at the time of notification of change of resident family register and request of various certifications
- A power of attorney is required when proxy/agent is notified.
Procedures
Please bring the above "necessary items" to the reception desk.
