What is a comprehensive community care system?
This is a comprehensive support and service provision system for each area of daily life where nursing care, medical care, life support and nursing care prevention are provided integrally, centered on housing.
Construction is being promoted throughout the country by 2025, when the baby boomers will be the latter-stage elderly.
Daily Living Area
We have set up a "daily life area" so that the elderly can continue living in the area where they live. In Yokohama City, 148 locations are set based on the area of the community care plaza, with a population of 20,000 to 30,000 as a guide.
