　 Based on the Action Guidelines for Constructing the Yokohama Regional Comprehensive Care System, which was formulated in March 2017, the Minami Ward Action Guidelines for Constructing the Yokohama Regional Comprehensive Care System was formulated in March 2018 in line with the regional characteristics of Minami Ward.
　In March 2022, the Minami Ward Action Guidelines included specific initiatives and target values in the ward, and revised them as the Minami Ward Action Plan for the Establishment of a Yokohama-style comprehensive community care system.

　In formulating the “Minami Ward Action Plan for the Construction of a Yokohama-type comprehensive community care system”, we solicited residents' opinions for the “Community-based comprehensive care Minami Ward Action Plan (Summary)”. Thank you very much for your comments.
