The Kanagawa Ward Action Plan has been completed.
Four years have passed since the formulation of the Kanagawa Ward Action Plan (Kanagawa Ward Action Plan) for the elderly to continue living in the community with peace of mind.
This time, the plan was completed in March 2022.
In order to solve problems common to the entire Kanagawa Ward Action Plan, we will promote a comprehensive community care system by dividing it into five categories: "prevention of nursing care and health promotion", "enhancement of life support by various entities", "promotion of medical and nursing care cooperation", "aiming for a society that lives with dementia" and "promotion of measures against natural disasters and infectious diseases".
