Yokohama-style Pro Bono (Hama Bono) Business

Yokohama City is promoting the construction of a "comprehensive community care system" in preparation for a super-aging society, which is expected to progress further in the future. At Hama Bono, we aim to create a more vibrant community development by supporting community activities groups that contribute to the welfare of the elderly in the city, together with participants with diverse experiences, from active working adults to seniors. From 2024, Hama Bono will use "Hama Bono Online" to match organizations with minor problems with individuals who want to volunteer with their experience and strengths.

By matching those who want to support with local action groups etc. on the web, and provide specific deliverables (creation of flyers, utilization of SNS, etc.) that will lead to solving problems such as local action groups, We support activity groups.

The community-based comprehensive care system is a system in which housing, medical care, nursing care, prevention, and life support are provided in an integrated manner so that you can continue your own life in the familiar area until the end of your life.
Yokohama City aims to create a unique community development that includes collaboration with active citizen activities and integrated promotion of "care prevention and health promotion", "social participation" and "life support" to extend healthy life expectancy. Based on about 140 community care plazas in the city, we are promoting the construction of a Yokohama-based comprehensive community care system.

In "Hama Bono Online", professional Bono participants, who are volunteer volunteers, use their work experience to support local activities groups. We aim to strengthen the operating base of organizations that are difficult to deal with in daily activities, such as creating public relations tools, manual creation, and needs surveys.
