Hodogaya Action Plan for Construction of Yokohama-based comprehensive community care system

The community-based comprehensive care system is a comprehensive support and service provision system for each area of daily living where the elderly are accustomed to living as much as possible in response to the increasing number of nursing care and medical needs and issues.
