Tsuzuki Ward   Action Plan for the Construction of a Comprehensive Community Care System

By 2025, when the baby boomers will be 75 years of age or older, Yokohama City will be able to continue their own life in the area where the elderly are accustomed to living even if they need severe nursing care. Action Guidelines for Building a Comprehensive Community Care System "has been formulated.
Tsuzuki Ward   has also formulated the Tsuzuki Ward   Action Plan for the Establishment of a comprehensive community care system in Yokohama, and is working to build a comprehensive community care system.

In fiscal 2017, Tsuzuki Ward   formulated the Tsuzuki Ward   Action Guidelines for the Establishment of a comprehensive community care system for Yokohama, and has been promoting initiatives.
In revising the Tsuzuki Ward   Action Guidelines to the Tsuzuki Ward   Action Plan, we will recruit residents' opinions based on the draft in order to widely hear opinions from residents.
