Tsuzuki Ward   Action Plan for Establishing Yokohama Community Care System

By 2025, when the baby boomers will be 75 years of age or older, Yokohama City will be able to continue their own life in the area where they are accustomed to living until the end of their lives, even if they need severe nursing care. Action Guidelines for Construction of Yokohama-type Community-Based Comprehensive Care System ".
Tsuzuki Ward   has also formulated the Tsuzuki Ward   Action Plan to build a comprehensive community care system.

In fiscal 2017, Tsuzuki Ward   formulated the Tsuzuki Ward   Action Guidelines for Establishing Yokohama Community-based Comprehensive Care System.
In revising the "Tsuzuki Ward   Action Guidelines" to the "Tsuzuki Ward   Action Plan", we will recruit inhabitants of a ward based on the draft to hear opinions widely from residents of the city.
