In March 2018, Konan Ward formulated the Konan Ward Action Guidelines for Establishing Yokohama Community-based Comprehensive Care System.
Based on initiatives since the formulation of the Action Guidelines and changes in social conditions, we revised the "Konan Ward Action Plan for Construction of a comprehensive community care system" in March 2022.
