Promotion of a comprehensive community care system in Konan Ward

In March 2018, Konan Ward formulated the Konan Ward Action Guidelines for the Establishment of a comprehensive community care system for Yokohama, and has been promoting initiatives.
In light of the efforts since the formulation of the Action Guidelines and changes in social conditions, it was revised in March 2022 as the Konan Ward Action Plan for the Establishment of a comprehensive community care system for Yokohama.
