What is a comprehensive community care system?
This is a system in which medical care, nursing care, life support, and nursing care prevention are provided integrally, centered on housing, in order to continue their own life in an area where the elderly are accustomed to living until the end of their lives. Construction is underway by 2025, when the baby boomers will be over 75 years old.
Action Plan for Sakae-ku, Yokohama City Regional Comprehensive Care System
The Action Plan for the Elderly Care System in Sakae Ward, Yokohama City, revised the Sakae Ward Action Guidelines for the Establishment of a Yokohama-type Community Care System, which was formulated in fiscal 2017, and included specific initiatives and targets.
