Seya Ward Action Plan
In Yokohama City, it is expected that the number of elderly people aged 65 and over will reach about 1 million (aging rate: 26.1%) in 2025, when the baby boomers will be 75 years or older. I am. In Seya Ward, the number of elderly people aged 65 and over is expected to reach about 35,000 (aging rate: 29.3%) by 2025.
In order to build a system (comprehensive community care system) in which people living in Seya Ward are accustomed to living in their own way until the end of their lives, we have formulated the Seya Ward Action Plan for Construction of Yokohama-based Community Care System.
In cooperation with not only medical and nursing professionals, but also people living in Seya Ward, we will promote initiatives to create a "Seya where everyone can live with peace of mind."
