Q1. When will the transfer be carried out?

This is carried out when it is determined that it will take some time to recover due to a problem with the operation of the train.
※Please note that transfer transportation may not be carried out if recovery is expected in a short time.

Q2. Can I get on any route freely?

It is not possible to get on any route. Limited to the specified route of other routes when a train is hindered in the passenger's ticket section. Available routes vary from time to time, so please check before using.

Q3. How do I use transfer transportation?

Please show the eligible ticket to the staff at the station on another line that is subject to transfer. If you have a transfer ticket, please show it at the same time. In that case, please go through the staff's passage. (If you touch the ticket gate, the fare will be deducted from the SF (charge balance).) In addition, it cannot be used with the transfer ticket alone.
※If you are using a mobile Suica commuter pass or mobile PASMO commuter pass, please show the screen of the commuter pass section to the staff.

Q4. Is there a fare for the transfer transportation section?

If you have an eligible ticket, you can use transfer transportation, so no fare is required.
If you have a ticket that is not eligible, you will not be able to use transfer transportation, so you will be charged a fare for the section of your boarding.
Even if you have a target ticket, if you are traveling beyond the valid section, you will be charged the fare for that section.
※Please note that if you use the round route when the transfer is not carried out, you will be charged the fare for the section where you boarded will be charged.

Q5. Can transfer transportation be used with the remaining charge balance of IC tickets such as Suica and PASMO?

Transfer transportation means that customers use the section of the ticket purchased by the customer on other routes. If you enter with an IC ticket such as Suica / PASMO (excluding the commuter pass section) or if the train operation is hindered during the boarding (the fare has not been collected), the boarding section will not be determined. .

Q6. Can transfer transportation be used with the Keiro Special Ticket (Keiro Pass), Special Welfare Ticket (Welfare Pass), and Special Tickets?

Transfer transportation is another route ride based on a transportation contract, so boarding certificates (tickets) that have not concluded a transportation contract are not eligible.

Q7. Can buses be used for transfer transportation?

Depending on the railway company or station, transfer transportation to a local bus may be performed. In this case, please receive a transfer boarding slip at the station on the route where the problem occurred.
If you use transfer to a local bus, please hand the transfer ticket to the bus crew.
