This plan is formulated every three years as a comprehensive plan for the smooth implementation of the health and welfare business and the long-term care insurance system for the elderly. It has been formulated as a plan to promote welfare measures for the elderly in anticipation of 2025, when all baby boomers will be 75 years old or older, and 2040 when the baby boomer junior generation will be 65 years or older.
