"Forgetful health check-up" free of charge! －health check-up will start on August 28-

We carry out forgetful health check-up (simple test of dementia) free of charge for one 65 years or older living in the city to push forward early detection and early correspondence of dementia. In 2020, 83 medical institutions in the city will start health check-up on August 28. Applications for health check-up are accepted directly at each medical institution.
