In this fiscal year, in Elderly and Disabled Support Division, we examined the income report submitted by residents, and found that past certifications included the pension under the `` Mutual Aid System for the Physically and Mentally Handicapped '' that should not be certified as income. Therefore, it turned out that the usage fee was excessively collected.
We apologize to all those who have caused the inconvenience, return the usage fee, and work to prevent recurrence so that this does not occur.
※ Nursing homes are welfare facilities for the elderly stipulated in Article 20-4 of the Elderly Welfare Law. It is a measure facility (a facility that requires a decision of the ward office instead of a contract) for those who are generally 65 years old or older and who have difficulty living at home for environmental or economic reasons.
