Phase 8 Plan (plan period: FY2021 to FY5)

As a comprehensive plan for the smooth implementation of various health and welfare services and the long-term care insurance system for the elderly, it is a statutory plan that clarifies issues to be addressed and sets goals.
In addition, in response to the national dementia measure promotion guidelines, we decided to newly formulate the "Dementia Measures Promotion Plan" integrally with the 8th Yokohama City Elderly Health and Welfare Plan and The Long-term Care Insurance Business Plan.

We invited opinions regarding the draft plan for the 8th term plan.
