Regarding the abolition of the "Ordinance on Standards for Measures to be taken in Public Health Based on the Yokohama City Food Sanitation Law" due to the fact that the standards for hygiene management of food sales facilities were established by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare-

　Until now, the standards for hygiene management of food sales facilities have been stipulated in the regulations of each local government based on the Food Sanitation Law, but the government partially revised the Food Sanitation Law in order to make this standard uniform throughout the country, each municipality will operate according to the standards set forth in the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (hereinafter referred to as ministerial ordinance).
　As a result, in Motoichi, from June 1, 2021, the government will perform hygiene management of food sales facilities in accordance with the standards set by the ministerial ordinance, so "Public health based on the Yokohama City Food Sanitation Law" Ordinance on Standards for Measures to be taken ”will be abolished. In addition, item of standard that country established by ministerial ordinance and item of standard of the regulations of Motoichi so far do not change much.
　Therefore, we raise opinions from citizen's all of you.
