　In a PCR test for close contacts conducted by the Yokohama City Public Health Center through an active epidemiological survey, when communicating the test results to the person himself, the false results were reported as "negative" where it should be said to be "positive". Four cases have been found.
　We have already contacted the patient with apology and correction.
　The four health observation and recuperation periods have already been completed, and no events such as physical condition have occurred.
