It is possible to issue in card style of disability certificate.

Due to the revision of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Handbook for Persons with Disabilities (Handbook for the Physically Handicapped, Handbook for Love (Handbook for Nursing Care), Health and Welfare Handbook for the Mentally Handicapped) can now be issued in card format.
We will start accepting mail applications for those who wish to issue a card-style notebook from January 15th.
