Forgetful Yokohama City in 2024 health check-up

We carry out forgetful health check-up (simple test of dementia) free of charge for those 50 years or older living in the city to promote early detection and early response of dementia. . Forgetful health check-up is available at a city medical institution once a year. In fiscal 2024, the program will be held throughout the year.

　１．Those who are 50 years old or older living in Yokohama City as of the date of the consultation
　２．Those who have never been diagnosed with dementia by the date of consultation in health check-up

　165 medical institutions in the city (as of September 1, 2024)　　※There are 55 medical institutions for those aged 50 to 64.

　From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025

　Free of charge
　(However, if you suspect dementia and need to consult a specialized medical institution, you will be charged a referral fee and the cost of a detailed examination.)
