2024 Yokohama City forgetfulness health check-up

We carry out forgetful health check-up (simple test of dementia) free of charge for one 50 years or older living in the city to push forward early detection and early correspondence of dementia. Forgetful health check-up is available once a year at a city medical institution. In fiscal 2024, the program will be held throughout the year.

　１．Those who live in Yokohama City and are over 50 years old as of the date of consultation
　２．Those who have never been diagnosed with dementia by the health check-up consultation date

　158 city medical institutions (as of April 1, 2024)　　※52 medical institutions for those aged 50 to 64 years.

　From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025

　Free of charge
　(However, if you suspect dementia and need to consult a specialized medical institution, you will be charged a referral fee and a detailed examination fee.)
