1.Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. In Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the scale classification is "city", and "other consignment etc." Or a person who has been registered for "Other Business B Trip" or "Other Business C chartered Bus / Specific Bus".
3. Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as the nomination suspension of Yokohama City nomination on any day between the submission deadline such as bid participation intention application forms and to the date of opening the bid.
4. A person who has a track record of such work or equivalent work.
