1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being qualified to participate in "345 office work and business consignment fine B training" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6.
3. Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension, on any day between the bid participation intention application deadline and bidding date.
4. Have multiple persons who meet any of the following requirements or who have at least two years of practical experience in the maintenance and management of systems and information equipment.
Amaicrosoft Office Specialist or a qualified person or higher qualification
B) Information Processing Engineer Examination Qualified Information Engineer Examination
C) Educational computerization coordinator Those who have passed grade 3 or higher
