Anyone who intends to participate in the tender must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.

1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being a person who has been registered in "316 computer business Z: Others" in the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6.
3. Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination stoppage on any day between January 25, 2024 and the date of opening the bill.
4. An organization with a size of 5,000 or more users must have experience in arranging and managing terminals and responding to inquiries.
