A person who has the qualification for this proposal shall be a person who satisfies any of (1) or (2).
(1)If the participant is a single company, all of the following conditions must be met.

A person who has obtained Eprivacy Mark certification or a person who has obtained ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) certification. (If the expiration date expires during the contract period, indicate the intention to continue certification.)
(E) Must not be a member of the following 3 (2) specific consortium.
(2)If the participant is a specific consortium based on the shared fulfillment method (a community formed by members who shared the proposal for the purpose of jointly performing the work jointly and severally), the following conditions must be met.
Oh, person who constitutes specific consortium (hereinafter referred to as "member") must meet all of the conditions of a and b of 3 (1). In carrying out this work, members responsible for personal information, metaverse, AI, etc. must satisfy the conditions of d in 3 (1). In addition, c of 3 (1) shall be satisfied as a whole specific consortium.
(A) The member must not be a member of another specific consortium.
(C) Submit a joint venture agreement and a power of attorney (Form 2). In addition, the division of duties of each member must be clear in the “Consortium Agreement and Power of Attorney”.

・Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification and those who have not been accepted will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof by Tuesday, March 26, 2024. .
・Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
