[Question and Answers] Outsourcing of collaborative learning class support services

　A person who has the proposal qualification for this proposal shall be a person who satisfies all of the following conditions.
(1)Being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and be a person who has the qualifications stipulated in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Being a person who has not received measures for nomination suspension based on measures outlines such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the present until the proposal submission deadline.
(3)Being a person who has been approved for any of the following items and detailed registration in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6 Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above list is being applied for the above list at the time of submission of the application form for participation, and registration is completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.

(4)Regarding the introduction of class support services and filtering services, there must be a contractual track record with other local governments (core city or higher) as the other party.
(5)A person who has obtained Privacy Mark certification or has obtained ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) certification. (If the expiration date expires during the contract period, indicate the intention to continue certification.)

・Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification or who have not been accepted will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof by Wednesday, December 6, 2023. .
・Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
