Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission

Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been qualified for the proposal and those who have not been accepted will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor. In addition, we will lend supplementary materials and electronic data necessary for preparing the proposal to those who have been qualified for proposal.

Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
