(1)Being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and be a person who has the qualifications stipulated in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Being a person who has not received measures for nomination suspension based on measures outlines such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the present until the proposal submission deadline.
(3)In the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), we have applied for registration in the first place in the registered event ranking first. Be a company that has applied for registration of "319: Event Planning and Operation".

For those who have submitted the participation application form, after confirming the proposal qualification, we will notify you of the proposal qualification confirmation result by Monday, April 15, 2024.
If you are able to confirm that you are eligible for the proposal, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
When submitting proposal-related documents, be sure to check the proposal preparation guidelines before submitting the proposal.
