A person who satisfies all of the following conditions.
Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 In the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the event has registered "345 office work and duties" (ranking is "3rd place" or more) Or, the event must be "350 other consignments" (ranking is "3rd place" or more) and registration must be approved by an "industrial physician".
3 Must not receive nomination suspension measures based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination stop on any day between bid participation intention application deadline and bid date.
4 Have an industrial physician, etc. as stipulated in Article 14, Paragraph 2 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.
5 Have obtained the privacy mark granted by the Japan Information Economic and Social Promotion Association. Alternatively, the same response must be taken.
