D. Materials are only projected on the screen, and paper distribution is not permitted. Necessary equipment such as personal computers is allowed only when used to explain the contents described in the proposal etc. In addition, projectors can be prepared in Motoichi, but please carry out connection or confirmation of projection at the responsibility of proposer.

B. The applicant who has been notified that he / she has not been granted the proposal qualification may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the document was received.
(2)　If you can confirm that you are a person who satisfies the proposal qualification, we will also issue a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 3).
In addition, when you withdraw proposal participation after submitting participation application form, please submit notice of decline (style 8).
