(1)All of the conditions in (2) shall be met.
(1) As of the deadline for submitting the application form, those who have registered for "consignment of office work and work" in the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding in Reiwa 5 and 6 as of the deadline for submitting the application form for participation.
(2) Person who has not received suspension measures according to rule of measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension from deadline for submission of participation intention application form to specific date of contract candidate.

Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and submission request will be sent out on Monday, March 4, 2024.

<Hearing of hearing>
We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal as follows.
(1) Date of implementation
 From mid-April to late April (planned)
 As soon as the date is confirmed, we will contact the applicant for participation.
(2) Implementation site
 As soon as it is confirmed, we will contact the applicant for participation.
(3) Attendees
 There should be no more than three instructors, general manager, or person in charge. If the scheduled lecturer cannot participate, it is possible for a lecturer who can carry out the same content to participate, but in that case, please contact us by 17:00 the day before the hearing.
(4) Time schedule and time required per person
 7 minutes of presentation
 Demonstration by the scheduled lecturer 42 minutes
 Q&A 11 minutes

B. On the day, presentations and demonstrations will be made using only the materials (Forms 5-1 to 4 and draft text) submitted in advance.
  Demonstrations are limited to the contents of "Organizational Management Course for Childcare and Educational Facilities Managers" based on the contents of the text draft.
  Powerpoints, whiteboards, etc. cannot be used.
