(3)　Must have obtained the "Privacy Mark" certification of the Japan Information Economy and Social Promotion Association or the international standard "ISO27001".

•Confirm that the person who submitted the intention to participate satisfies the proposal qualification, and propose to all applicants to that effect and the reason therefor.
Notification of qualification confirmation result (Form 2) will be made.
•Notification will be made by e-mail by Friday, December 15, 2023.
•An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been granted may request an explanation of the reason in writing. In addition, the book side must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
•When an explanation is requested according to the preceding paragraph, Motoichi will respond to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the closing date of the city hall, starting from the day following the day on which the book was received.
•If you can confirm that you are a person who satisfies the proposal qualification, we will also issue a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 3).
•When you withdraw proposal participation after submitting participation intention application form, please submit participation withdrawal form (style 5) (word: 22KB).

If you are qualified for proposal, please carefully check the proposal preparation procedure and submit a proposal and a reference note.

•Please print all on one side.
•Documents other than the prescribed format will not be accepted.
•Except for Forms 6-1, 6-14, do not list the company name, etc., whose creator is identified by glance.
•After presentation of proposal, we may ask for presentation of supplemental document by judgment of Motoichi.
•The engineers (qualified persons, etc.) scheduled to be placed in the proposal cannot be changed except in very special cases such as illness, death, Retirement, etc.
•Only one proposal can be submitted per person.
•Submitted documents will not be returned.
