All of the following conditions shall be met.

(2) Being a person who has been approved for registration of the business type "316 computer business" in the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.)
　　Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above list is being applied for the above list at the time of submission of the application form for participation, and registration is completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.
(３) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, on any day between April 19, 2024 and the specific date of the contract candidate.
