All of the following conditions shall be met.

Please hand it to the staff at the Child and Youth Bureau Youth Development Division (city hall 13th floor) from 9:00 am to noon and from 1 pm to 5:00 pm on weekdays.

The delivery method should be delivery record mail or registered mail, and be sure to make a call to confirm arrival after shipment.

Please confirm the arrival by telephone.

If the submission deadline has passed, we will not accept it. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the carrier's reason, we will accept it with proof.
