Person who is listed in general competitive bidding participation qualified person list of Reiwa 5.6 as a result of examination by rule of 1 Yokohama-shi contract rule Article 7.

From 9:00 am to noon and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekdays, please hand it to the staff at the Child and Youth Bureau Youth Development Division (City Hall 13F).

The sending method should be delivery record mail or registered mail, and be sure to call us to confirm arrival after shipping.

Please confirm the arrival by telephone.

If the submission deadline has passed, it will not be accepted. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the carrier's reason, we will accept it with proof.
