A person who has the qualification for this proposal shall be a person who falls under all of the following items.

1. 　In the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, consignment, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as the list of qualified persons in Reiwa 5/6), the business type "109: Printed material planning design" "319 Event Planning Operation" and "323 advertising".
2. 　Although it has not yet been registered in the list of qualified persons in Reiwa 5 / 6 years, at the time of submitting the application form for participation, we are currently applying for the same business type as 1 above determined to correspond to the contract. , A person who has completed registration by the specific date of the contract candidate.
3. 　Having one or more orders for public relations and enlightenment at Motoichi or other government offices since FY2019, they must have one or more orders for public relations and planning and execution support.
4. 　Being a person who has not received measures for suspension of nomination based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Suspension on any day between the submission deadline of the proposal participation application form to the date of the trustee specific date.

Ask the proposer to give a presentation on the content of the proposal and conduct a hearing on it.
