1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Must not receive nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination stop during period from presentation deadline of participation intention application form to specific day of trustee.
3. In the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), the details of the event "Other consignment, etc." A person who has been registered by the deadline for submitting proposals, etc. (January 15, 2024), and must have a corporate status. (Registration order and location of the office are not required.) 。
