 A person who has the qualification to propose this proposal is a single company that satisfies all the conditions of the following items or a specific consortium using the shared fulfillment method (sharing the proposal for the purpose of jointly and severally. A community formed as a member.)

(1) Being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and be a person who has the qualifications stipulated in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who has not received measures for nomination suspension based on measures outlines such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the present until the proposal submission deadline.
(3) In the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to Goods / Consignment, etc.) thing. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above list is being applied for the above list at the time of submission of the application form for participation, and registration is completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.
(4) A person who has obtained Privacy Mark certification or has obtained ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) certification. (If the expiration date expires during the contract period, indicate the intention to continue certification.)
(5) A person who has obtained ISO9001 (Quality Management System) certification. (If the expiration date expires during the contract period, indicate the intention to continue certification.)
(6) If you participate in a single company, you must not be a member of another specific consortium. In addition, members of the specified consortium must not participate as a single company.
(7) Conditions for participation in specific joint ventures
 Oh, person constitutes specific consortium (hereinafter referred to as "member") must meet all of the above conditions (1) to (6).
 (A) Submit a consortium agreement and a power of attorney (Form 1-1). In addition, the division of each member is shared in the Joint Venture Agreement and Power of Attorney.

Questions and answers

Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission

・Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification or who have not been accepted will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof by Wednesday, July 26, 2023. .
・Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
