Anyone who intends to participate in the tender must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

(4)In the past five years (April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2023), you must have contracted consulting services in the field of education in one of the national, prefectural, or municipal government.
