Other Conditions

(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Reiwa 3.4 In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), registration similar to ICT support for the event "Other consignment" or registration in the detailed "Other" in the event "Computer Business" Being a person who has been approved.
(3) Being a person who has not received nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from January 19, 2023 to the opening date.
(4) Within the last five years, one of the municipalities must have at least one ICT support staff dispatch or similar business operation results for at least 50 schools per project. It is also possible to operate the business by re-consignment from the business operator.
