Anyone who intends to participate in the tender must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Reiwa 3.4 In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), registration similar to ICT support for event "350: Other consignments" or event "316: Computer Business" Be a person who has been registered.
- Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, on any day between January 19, 2023 and the date of opening the bill.
- Within the last five years, one of the local governments has dispatched ICT support staff to learning places for elementary school student students with disabilities, such as special support schools or special support classes, or one or more similar business operations. In addition, business operation by subcontracting from the business operator is also acceptable.
- Qualifications for personal information such as ISMS or Privacy Mark.
- You must have a Google for Education Service Partner.
