A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Reiwa 3.4 In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.), registration similar to ICT support for the event "350: Other Consignment" or "Z: Other" in the event "316: Computer Services" Person who is authorized to register.
- Being a person who has not received nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension even on any day from January 19, 2023 to the opening date.
- Within the last five years, one of the local governments must dispatch ICT support staff to a place for learning for elementary school student students with disabilities, such as special needs schools or special support classes, or have at least one business experience for similar tasks. It is also possible to operate the business by re-consignment from the business operator.
- Qualifications regarding personal information such as ISMS or Privacy Mark must be held.
- You have a Google for Education Service Partner.
