(6) A network engineer with a public qualification must be enrolled and have a system that can respond to problems or the like.
(7) The company or a partner company must have a track record of contracting security threats for targeted attack countermeasures devices operating on the Yokohama City Educational Information Network.
(8) Have been entrusted with the operation of CMS operating on the Yokohama Educational Information Network.
