A person who satisfies all of the following conditions.
1 Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications specified by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in 2 Reiwa 3.4, the event must be "350 other consignments" (rank is "2nd" or more) and the registration is permitted by "industrial physician" in detail.
3 On any day from bid participation intention application deadline to bid date, no nomination suspension measures based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension have been received.
4 Have an industrial physician, etc. prescribed in Article 14, Paragraph 2 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.
5 Acquire the privacy mark granted by the Japan Information Economy Society Promotion Association. Or, an equivalent response has been made.
