(1)Being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and be a person who has the qualifications stipulated in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Being a person who has not received measures for nomination suspension based on measures outlines such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the present until the proposal submission deadline.
(3)In the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), apply for registration in the first place in the registered event ranking first place in the registered item ranking.
