A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.

  1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
  2. Being a person who has been registered in "Z: Others of 316 Computer Services" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4
  3. Being person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from January 19, 2023 to bid day.
  4. An organization with a size of 5,000 or more users who have experience in arranging and managing terminals and responding to inquiries.
