(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) In 2023 Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to article, trust) location classification is "city" and being small and medium-sized business. In addition, a person who has been registered for "Computer Business", Details B "System Operation / Monitoring" and Detail C "Hardware Maintenance".
(3) Being a person who has not received general competition suspension and nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City General Competition Participation Suspension and Nomination Suspension on any day between the bid participation intention application deadline and the bidding date.
(4) Have a track record of installing or introducing the equipment (Mirai School Station) in Yokohama City.
