A person who has at least three years of such work or similar business performance (business to support general affairs work and similar to help desks) in five countries, prefectures, or government-designated cities.
※Regarding the work performance, if the business performance of three years or more can be confirmed at the time of the deadline for submitting the application for confirmation of general competitive bidding participation qualification even if it is currently being performed, it shall be deemed to have a business track record of the work.
