4 Have received any of the following certifications: Privacy Mark grant certification, "ISO / IEC27001 certification (international standard)" or "JIS Q 27001 certification (Japan Industrial Standard)". In addition, "ISO / IEC27001 certification (international standard)" and "JIS Q 27001 certification (Japan Industrial Standard)" must be a business operator that has obtained certification in the organization that performs this work.

(5) A person who has the same business performance (business to support general affairs and business similar to a help desk) for at least three years in a country, prefecture, or government-designated city.
※Regarding the business performance, even if it is currently being fulfilled, if it is possible to confirm the business performance of three years or more at the time of the submission deadline for the general competitive bidding participation qualification confirmation application, it is recognized that the person has the business performance of the business.
